Kelly Osbourne Tattoos Head, Says “Sorry Mum And Dad But I Love It!.

 

 

Kelly Osbourne tattooed the word “Stories” on her head on Saturday night — and then apologized to her parents on Twitter for doing it.

But before the “Fashion Police” star got inked, she shaved the left side of her head and dyed her hair purple.
Following the shave and dye job, Osbourne tweeted, “#oops what did I do tonight?”
And after she got her head  tattooed, she wrote, “Sorry mum and dad but I love it!”
